Fix --trace-malloc=yes, by using client-side VALGRIND_INTERNAL_PRINTF to print the allocation traces rather than trying to directly use VG_(printf). git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@1975 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
