Allow iropt to pass helper function calls back to the front end in the hope of getting specialised versions thereof. Use this mechanism to greatly improve handling of condition codes. Various ensuing small changes. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/vex/trunk@194 8f6e269a-dfd6-0310-a8e1-e2731360e62c
