Eliminate IRExprP__VECRET and IRExprP__BBPTR and introduce two new IRExpr kinds instead: Iex_VECRET and Iex_BBPTR. Add constructor functions and adjust ppIRExpr, typeOfIRxpr and deepCopyExpr.
