Fix the guest state definition for s390x and introduce dummy members in places where 8-byte alignment is needed. We need to make sure that libvex_guest_offsets.h contains correct offsets even when genoffsets.c is compiled for a 32-bit target. With this change a tarball built on x86 will result in a working valgrind on s390x. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/vex/trunk@2224 8f6e269a-dfd6-0310-a8e1-e2731360e62c
