Further integration of baseblock stuff for shadow state. Get rid of tons of now-irrelevant baseblock fields and offsets. The layout defined in coregrind/x86/state.c is now more or less (completely?) target-independent: vex-defined guest state, vex-defined shadow guest state, and vex-specified spill area. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/vex/trunk@503 8f6e269a-dfd6-0310-a8e1-e2731360e62c
