Majorly beef up this test: * test all wrapped-function arities from 0 to 12 * try hard to run both callers and callees out of integer registers, so as to detect problems where the CALL_FN_* macros do not properly save registers around the call This will cause failure in building the regtests on all non-x86 platforms.
