newbitmaps: Add ToNorm confirm screen resource.
According to new flow, we need "confirm" screens for TONORM.
Also simplified default_source folder, with better hints and using PNG image
source. image/assets/* are files from issue page.

TEST=make # x86 and arm bitmaps both works.
