render_tests: set BIL generator magic as a hack

When the generator magic is 'w', the kernel does

  void main() {
     gl_FragColor = vec4(1.0, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0);
  }

When the generator magic is 'v', the kernel does

  void main() {
     vec2 vertices[3] = {
        vec2(-1.0, -1.0),
        vec2( 1.0, -1.0),
        vec2( 0.0,  1.0)
     };
     gl_Position = vec4(vertices[gl_VertexID % 3], 0.0, 1.0);
