tests: Remove CreateImageResourceSizeViolation layer validation test The test was written with values specific to the Ilo driver and dynamically deriving values from driver queries would be exceedingly complicated, so just removing the test. Also changed tiling of 1D image because not all implementations can do 1D linear images
