tests: Remove duplicate pNext test

After adjustment for new extension structures, the
VkLayerTest.InvalidStructPNext vkAllocateMemory and
vkCreateGraphicsPipelines test cases both test the same
validation error.  The larger vkCreateGraphicsPipeline test
case has been removed.
