AEC3: Update SpectrumBuffer API - RenderBuffer::Spectrum() loses its channel argument, allowing for greater flexibility in passing the multi-channel spectrum data into functions. - The FFT spectra lengths are made compile-time constant, rendering some DCHECKs obsolete.
