Add Android Studio project for AppRTCMobile that builds against AAR. This project can be used for testing the AAR before publishing. Removes dependency to Chromium from the tests to support Android Studio. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
