docs: fix escaped characters in data binding doc This commit fixes the following issues: - replace curved “” ‘’ quotes with straight quotes - replace " and ' with " and ' (no escape required) - fix incorrectly escaped characters like &lt; Bug:30471915 Change-Id: I194d04ef7ac8269db3f99f8526da1283e26ef499
