Fix Robolectric Bluetooth tests The Bluetooth HID profile name BluetoothInputDevice is recently changed to BluetoothHidHost, but it is not updated in the SDK for Robolectric tests, and it causes problems with SettingsLib tests. Thus, we need to replace the HID profile use case with PAN. This change will not influence the test coverage.
