Move stack focus and resumed activity when moving a focused task Also do not force focus when moving an activity to a stack. Focus will be moved if the task was in front before. Focus shouldn't be moved if the task was background. bug: 23041817 Change-Id: I8f15c51cd38fea8bd1845b5268a7f153c1476462
