Place task in right stack when resizing The stack that a task is in is dependent on its size (fullscreen vs. non-fullscreen). This change makes sure the task is moved to the right stack when the task resizing occurs. Change-Id: Id4fa6e577c0cc917114331dc6e11810e8a01ee03
