[API Feedback] Rename DebugEventReporter To address concerns that the DebugEventReporter would be misconstrued as a generic logging mechanism, for which use of system broadcasts is inappropriate, this component and the accompanying broadcast are renamed as AnomalyReporter and the event renamed from ACTION_DEBUG_EVENT to ACTION_ANOMALY_REPORTED.
