AudioService: fix step rescaling. When converting UI step (+/-1) into a number of internal units on the stream alias, the return value is how log to move. The source stream index shouldn't be considered. BUG: 137779348 Change-Id: I23d3dbf1394b22f6d65d6478573ffb2bba812a6f
