Changed process names for USAPs. This CL causes unspecialized app process to change their name to either usap32 or usap64 after forking and before waiting on incoming specialization requests. Test: m & boot & check `ps -a` Change-Id: I6a5d78d9fce8a204a3b65601f5767dd8f0f64ea7
