Add query argument QUERY_ARG_EXCLUDE_MEDIA Use the argument to decide whether the files that have been added to MediaStore should be excluded. If the value is true, exclude them. Otherwise, include them. Bug: 119390918 Test: manual Change-Id: I245e4303a265a95b30400083841c593b66c4d960
