Fix a few issues with non-resizable info activity - If stack doesn't have focus, we execute TASK_TO_FRONT transition. Set the correct animation for this transition type. - Make sure to execute app transition when we are finishing an activity that isn't resumed. - Correctly set mAnimatingExit for the case if the activity is already paused.
