Not passing contentInsets to onAnimationStart This caused a crash in Launcher: 1. Clear launcher's app data in Settings 2. While in Settings, swipe up from Nav bar to Overview Test: the above scenario Change-Id: Ibe026efaae46d13c4eb39d705e1ddd2d0f803cb4
