Introduce new configs to support force landscape mode 1.Introduce new config "config_supportForceLandscapeMode" to enable force landscape mode, this config default is false. 2.Introduce new config "config_forceLandscapeRotation" to configure the roation degree when force landscape mode enabled, A value of -1 means no change by default.
