BatteryService use IBatteryProperties interfaces, drop JNI IBatteryPropertiesListener binder interface to deliver notifications of changed battery/power status from healthd system health daemon. healthd watches uevents from power_supply. Change-Id: I1ab38622baf28356a6627fe2354b77e2ef99d838
