Fixed rotation: rotate wallpaper The wallpaper should be rotated if its target WindowState is rotated. The fixed rotation is applied to the WallpaperWindowToken and the offsets are computed using the overriden DisplayInfo contained in the WindowToken.ForcedRotationState.
