Pipe TelephonyManager.getCallState through TelecommManager * Add TelecommManager.getCallState (hidden API) * Make TelephonyManager.getCallState call through to TelecommManager, to be consistent with TelephonyManager.ACTION_PHONE_STATE_CHANGED broadcasts for overall call state.
