Add SliceSpec to Slice API SliceSpec will be used to handshake versions between Slice renderers and Slice providers. The renderer will pass in info about supported specs, and expect that the returned slice will be compatible. Test: manual Bug: 68378561 Change-Id: Id094ec3b6f682a3d84a2b992e1a8274212778970
