Adds a new test for type coercion in WebView's Java Bridge This change adds a new directory of tests for the WebView, WebViewTests. It also provides the first in a set of tests to test WebView's Java Bridge. Once this set of tests is complete, the Java Bridge test in packages/apps/Browser will be removed.
