Debugging code to CompatibilityDisplay. Allows CompatibilityDisplay to function/be testable without relying on VR. This is DEBUG-only code and requires a DEUBG flag to be set to true. Change-Id: I2a97a7e31839b0c35864149cbfb75873e39e0959
