Make sure to notify WM about having "drawn" our surface Otherwise window manager won't start the transition. Test: Open app, reopen app, make sure snapshot is actually used. Bug: 31339431 Change-Id: I57708b48768fe3b561f797a0b9c6aa5ce7f84976
