Add support for thumbnails to WallpaperInfo. Clean up the Gallery to show thumbnails appropriately; still using FPO artwork for wallpapers without thumbnails. This change introduces a new "thumbnail" attribute to the API (used in wallpaper metadata to point to the thumbnail drawable resource).
