Custom snapshot capture and reconstitution. Bug 16865996 Bug 14450297 Bug 16866642 Added a mechanism for custom capture and restore of snapshot Views. By default, it captures a Bitmap and restores a View using that Bitmap as a background. Change-Id: I77c2c62df53b552872e467380565bbe0e6d5c114
