Use resolved ActivityInfo to set instant app installer Previously we were only using the component name, which is not always enough. Now the resolved ActivityInfo is used and only 'flags'/'exported' and 'enabled' attributes are modified. Test: Manual Bug: 34751853 Change-Id: I32a2a2bd98cc5d73ab02ccfc100868b826bb8105
