when test case times out, stop loading first current timeout mechanism does a text dump and then move to next case. sometimes the text dump causes WebView to spin, and doing a stopLoading seems to resolve some of the cases. Change-Id: Iae08f9c93b2da3e805cacae43f80083fdf1bc5e1
