Rename full and reduced scale configs Rename: config_fullTaskSnapshotScale -> config_highResTaskSnapshotScale config_reducedTaskSnapshotScale -> config_lowResTaskSnapshotScale Both full and reduced scale can be "reduced" from 100%, so name them more clearly.
