A way to obtain KeyStore operation handle from crypto primitives. This adds AndroidKeyStore.getKeyStoreOperationHandle method which can be used to obtain the KeyStore operation handle corresponding to the provided JCA cryto primitive (provided it's backed by AndroidKeyStore).
