Make BitmapFactory.Options API Changes This changes the documentation for inPreferQualityOverSpeed, inDither, and requestCancelDecode(). These changes are a result of modifying the backends of BitmapFactory and BitmapRegionDecoder to be faster, higher quality, and to use standard libraries.
