Refactored the UserRecyclerGridView to use PagedListView from the car support library. This also surfaced a scrollbar. Additionally, added a touch ripple when you touch a user's picture and disabled the user buttons once a profile is selected Test: tested on Mojave bug: 77870748, 77869522, 77870549 Change-Id: I3706f1089c7c91e8db8d9126a269fd984e2b5dc9
