Add BluetoothService to reduce resuming time after reboot As a subclass of SystemService, BluetoothService wraps around BluetoothManagerService to unlock Auto-enabling Bluetooth earlier by overriding onBootPhase() and removes the need to wait for BOOT_COMPLETED message.
