Clarify usage of KeyEvent.keyCodeToString KeyEvent.keyCodeToString is not really intended to be used for user-facing tasks, and is not locale-specific. Clarify this in the documentation. Test: none Bug: 77954533 Change-Id: I57cd217c1778824f119e48b2b30d61a72aad6525
