Correctly save Activity's state in saveInstanceState Prior to this change, saveInstanceState would call directly to Activity.onSaveInstanceState(), rather than performSaveInstanceState(). This meant that saveManagdDialogs() was not called, so Activities running under a LocalActivityManager do not get their dialogs restored on configuration changes.
