Fix Android Keystore key factories to obey JCA contract. Android Keystore provider's KeyFactory and SecretKeyFactory implementations were throwing UnsupportedOperationException instead of InvalidKeyException/InvalidKeySpecException from their translateKey/generateKey methods.
