animation bugfix plus xml resources for new View properties There was a bug around animation duration where it was possible, for small durations or large inter-frame times, to calculate fractions outside of the 0-1 range, causing bad value calculations. Unrelated: new View properties for translation, scale, and rotation were added in this release. This commit addes XML resources for those properties.
