Split AndroidRuntime into AndroidRuntimeBase base-class and the rest. AndroidRuntimeBase (exported by libandroid_runtime_base.so) is all you need to link against to gain the ability to do AndroidRuntimeBase::getJNIEnv() thus minimizing build dependencies.
