Put Write To Disk Ops in Separate Thread. This prevents AccountManager.addAccount performing an unexpected write to disk in the main thread and thus violating requirements from strict mode. All write operations put in a separate thread. Bug: 24735732 Change-Id: Icad8f7eba777860309807e44eb742a458480ce85
