AudioService: vol event for ext volume controller on volume thread When dispatching a volume event to an external volume controller, do it on AudioService's volume handler thread, not on the input thread. Bug: 63906162 Test: none Change-Id: I4eeddd84caf630dca91a819ca1b4fcecc49d0048
