Deprecate most of NetworkInfo. getType, getTypeName, isConnectedOrConnecting, isConnected, isAvaisable, isFailover, isRoaming, getState, getDetailedState, getReason, and the TYPE_* constants in ConnectivityManager along with methods that use them are now stacked on a boat bound for the other side of the Styx.
