HardwarePropertiesManager: Add API for hardware properties retrieval Add serive "hardwareproperties" and methods getDeviceTemperatures, getCpuUsages and getFanSpeeds to retrieve hardware properties: device temperatures (CPU, GPU and battery), CPU usages and fan speeds.
