Provide anchor of the docked stack. This is necessary for further work on dock divider. This provides an api inside the window manager to determine, where the dock originates. From that we can determine where to place the divider and how to apply resizing operations. Change-Id: I607be9297b28c926d447d83c0578594247c099c3
