BatteryService use a.h.health.V2_0.HealthInfo instead ... of BatteryProperties, because BatteryService talks with health HAL in hwbinder with HIDL objects. Test: builds Bug: 62229583 Change-Id: I21d2dc05a03c233711d5166dfa6d0b0929ecf489
